THIS IS BOLA'S STORY

Bola started her shoe business in 2019, she made a few sales in it but that was not something she could brag about, since the sales were barely enough to keep her business afloat. What is Included in my Ad Setup service?

The answer to this question differs because it depends on the package you go for. Our DWY (done with you) packages mean that you're responsible for providing all the elements while our DFY (done for you) packages means that we're providing most (or all) of the elements. Are there any additional costs or ongoing fees?

No, there are no other additional costs or ongoing fees once you've paid the service charge for the Ad setup. We don't set an end date to our Ad campaigns, this is to allow you to maximise the Ad that's been setup to it's full pottential. Some of our clients run their campaign for 6 - 8 weeks before they come back for a new campaign setup. We've had cases were additional payments were made but it was only because the client needed other services not included in the package eg. Landing page design, Ad account setup, Revamp of IG etc.

How do you determine the target audience for my Ads?

An onbaording form will be sent to you after payment. This contains all the information we need for your service including the targeting. We also do our research and look at your customer insights, to craft a highly-targeted audience that aligns with your campaign objective.

How soon can I expect my Ad to go live?

The timeframe varies depending on the package. eg. For our DWY packages, the speed of the service rests majorly on the client and we'll setup the ad within 24hrs after all the ad elements have been provided but, if it's the DWY package, the timeframe will be longer since we have to create some of your ad elements for you. A general rule of themb is that your ad will go live within 24 - 48hrs after all the elements are ready.

What budget do I need to run a successful ad campaign?

The ideal budget depends on your industry, competition, campaign objective and business goals. Let's say that the average cost per message for your industry is 200 naira, If you choose a daily ad budget of 5000 naira, it simply means that you can only get 25 messages before you've run out of money for that day. If your goal was to get 50 messages a day, you can see that this daily budget of 5,000 naira needs to be doubled for you to be able to hit your goals. The kind of results you want should determine your Ad budget and not the other way round.

How do you measure the success of ad campaigns?

What we track, depends on your type of campaign. For the first 7 days of your campaign setup, we track key performance metrics like clicks, conversions, impressions, reach and cost per action (CPA) to ensure optimal performance.
