Truth be told, you can do this on your own. It’s really a matter of when you’ll be able to. After spending countless hours on Google and YouTube? After trying and failing without knowing if you’re heading in the right direction? When exactly is it?

What will it cost you to do it on our own? Everyone who comes to us seeking to master digital marketing for themselves or their online business is asked this question. After wasting a lot of time doing it on you own, there’s a good chance you’ll wish you had learned from me sooner.

This program will give you an unprecedented level of accountability and focus. Sadly, out of the hundreds of applications we expect, we can only accept 15 interns per batch, and there will only be two batches per year since this is a six-month program. Who's This Program For?

Students

This internship program is great for students who want to learn digital marketing skills that can help them make at least 1 million naira in the next year. You should not enroll in this program if you cannot handle school and this program at the same time. You can’t reapply for the program once you’ve been removed!

Business Owners

Do you struggle with your business? Perhaps you aren’t sure what you’re doing, or if you’re even headed in the right direction, then this program is for you. Please let us know if you’ll be taking a break from your business while participating in this internship or if you’ll combine both. We will require your 100% commitment to learning and fulfilling your given tasks.

Amateur Digital Marketers

If you would like to brush up on skills that you lack or find monetization challenging, this mentorship program could change your life if you put your best effort into it. All the things you need to start your own digital marketing agency will be shared with you.

Freelancers & Unemployed

Learning new skills takes time. We will make your time worthwhile if you can give it to us. It’s a good fit if you have time on your hands but can’t afford to pay for my expertise. Certainly, in order to attend coaching classes and carry out your tasks, you must have money for your data.

What Do You Stand To Gain?

Our goal is to help you grow. You will be fully prepared to launch your own digital marketing agency once you complete our program.

The support you'll receive will be legendary. Our 6-month coaching program is priced at $3,500, but you'd get that plus really close mentorship for FREE

Every question you have about digital marketing will be answered, and every fear you have will be busted. Asking questions is something I encourage my interns to do.

The experience you gain working in our digital marketing agency can be added to your CV after six months and we'll be happy to give you recommendations when needed. Every week, you'll be given tasks to perform, and unlike most employers, you won't have be given tasks without guidance.

Upon completion of this internship program, you will receive a certificate. We regret to inform you that if you drop out of the program before the end of the program, no certificate will be issued to you and you won't be qualified for other benefits either.

The best coach in this niche will be at your disposal for a good six months. Learning and implementing tasks are done remotely, and working hours are very flexible.

There is no set time for working. You can work at any time as long as you attend coaching sessions, meetings and finish your tasks before the deadline.

There's no need to worry about traffic jams or getting up too early. It is a remote job, which allows you to work from home and from any location you are.

what next?

HERE ARE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER APPLICATION

  • We'll do the first screening & if you pass, you'll move on to the second step. If you made it to the next step, you'll receive an email asking you to send us a video of your pitch. You will receive an email with details about what should be included in your pitch.
  • If we like your pitch, you will be invited to participate in the required online interview. It goes without saying that missing an interview automatically disqualifies you. We will not tolerate any excuses for missing the interview. You don't get a second chance.
  • In the event that there are more applicants who pass the first interview than our maximum requirement (maximum 15), a second interview may be conducted for further screening. We will inform you if such adjustments are made
  • You should check your email every day starting from the day application closes. Check all our email folders (spam, update, promotions etc.) everyday during this time. Email will be our primary method of communication during this screening process. If you get the information on time, you might have the advantage over someone who doesn't.

Just Incase You Don't Get In...

It is our expectation that over 200 applications will be received, and as much as we would have liked to accept everyone, we cannot. There is a maximum of 15 people per batch that can be accepted into this program. Even though getting a large group of people into the program will favour us because we’ll have more people working for us but, we wont be able to know our interns on a personal basis and that’ll defeat one of the goals for this program.

You can always apply again next time if you are not selected in this batch. If they are qualified, we always consider former applicants before new ones. You may also be able to get a slot if an inactive intern leaves, so don’t give up.

Don’t worry if you don’t make the cut. In six months, you can apply again. Alternatively, a slot could become available if an intern leaves before the program begins. Being rejected is far better than being accepted and then removed from the program due to your inactivity or lack of seriousness. Even if you don’t get selected, you can always try again, but if you’re removed from the program, you can’t apply again.

Program Requirements After Acceptance

  • There will be a mandatory orientation. You will be notified of the time and date in the internship community.
  • As part of the program, all interns will be assigned a mentor. All of these mentors were once interns and are now excelling in their fields. They can help you excel in yours as well.
  • During the course of this program, you will be required to attend coaching sessions, assignment review sessions, team meetings and submit your assignments before the deadlines. All activities on this program are mandatory.
  • Completion of the entire internship program is mandatory. Once you're dropped from the program, you can never apply again, and someone else will be picked to replace you right away. Don't sign up if you know you won't commit. If you are better prepared in 6 months, try again then.

Eligibility Requirements

The fact that we cannot accept everyone is probably no surprise to you. Each batch consists of 15 interns, who are selected not because of their achievements or expertise but for other reasons. The majority of those factors are known only to the panel that will screen your application, but there are some requirements you should be aware of, which are outlined below.

English

You must have a good understanding and use of English. You must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Digital marketing is mostly writing so I’m sure you can see how it’s a deal breaker for us if that’s something you struggle with.

PS: Poor use of English is the no.1 reason half of our applications don’t make it to the next stage.

Social Savvy

As this is program where we’ll teach you too, you don’t have to be an expert in social media, but you will need a basic understanding of how it works. Due to the vast amount of ground, we have to cover over the course of this program, some basics may not be covered e.g How to create a Facebook account. How to navigate LinkedIn etc.

Smart

It is important for interns to be sharp and not technically challenged. In digital marketing, technology is an integral component, so if you dislike technology, this program may not be right for you. No task will be assigned to you without guidance but, a tech-savvy personality is a plus. It is also important to be open to doing research because you will encounter assignments and tasks that require it.

Commitment

We need your 100% commitment to learning and implementing. Despite being accepted into the program, we will drop you and replace you with someone else if you start slacking. We’ve had interns who dropped off even in the 4th month, so being serious at the beginning and slacking later on won’t help you. Many people need this opportunity, and we can’t allow unserious people to waste it.

Time

You must be someone who can dedicate a few hours each day to do your tasks. If you are not able to do this, please don’t apply. Don’t apply if you’re a busy person. We will do everything within our power to keep you accountable but, we will not chase you to do what you’re supposed to do. Please do not apply if you have no control over your schedule or time. This simply means that you are not eligible for this internship program. You can sign up for the 6 months of paid coaching with me, let’s plan the program around your schedule.

Punctuality

When it comes to interactions with other people, the one thing I absolutely detest is people who don’t keep their word or keep to their time. It would be a waste of time for you to apply if you’re that type of person because you wouldn’t enjoy having me as your coach. There will be no room for excuses from you. Although we all have a limited amount of time every day, I need you to understand that we give our time to what is important to us. You’ll show up on time if this internship matters to you! My expectations are that you will be punctual and present when it’s time for our meetings or sessions and that you will meet all the deadlines for your tasks & assignments. I won’t tolerate excuses.

Obey Instructions

Is it still necessary for me to tell you that this internship isn’t for you if you don’t listen to simple instructions? My promise to you is that you won’t be given tasks you’ve never been taught how to do and you’ll be given guidance when you need it. The important thing is to follow the instructions. It’s one thing to be given instructions; it’s another to follow them diligently. e.g It’s important that intending interns submit their applications before midnight on the deadline. This means that applicants who submit their applications by 12:01am the next day will not be considered.

Fill out the internship form at the bottom of this page to apply. Take your time to fill out that form because every question is important to us. An internship application form can also be found after ‘steps to apply’

step 3

Be on the lookout for our emails. We will contact you primarily via that method to let you know what your next steps are. We may also reach out to you via WhatsApp. In case you miss your interview date, you will automatically be disqualified. The digital in ‘digital marketing’ cannot be removed and as a digital marketer, checking your email is essential. This is as basic as it gets.

STEP 4

We will contact you within one week after the window for this application has closed to let you know the status of your application. It is recommended that you stay on high alert until you receive a reply from us

No, you don’t. Having a laptop is great too because there are some areas or roles that would need it but, not having it won’t affect your experience or efficiency in this internship.

Yes, you still can. We’ve had moms who had a 9-5 on this program. It’s very important though that you have good time management skills because we won’t tolerate using your work or kids as excuses

Definitely. So far as you can use your phone easily and tick all the other boxes for our requirements, you’re welcome to apply.

Yes, you can. If you’ve applied before though and gotten in and for some reason, you left the program, you can’t apply again

This internship lasts for 6 months

Asides from taking your lessons, showing up for our meetings and coaching calls and submitting your assignments before their due date, you’ll also be given important roles that’ll be pertaining to the running of the company. Our interns are responsible for managing our social media pages, websites, communities etc.

An excellent use of English, grammar and punctuation is very important. Being tech savvy and openness to learn and take correction are also useful in this program. You can visit the ‘REQUIREMENTS’ section on this page for a more detailed information.

Yes, you will. In addition to receiving your certificate, we’ll be happy to act as your recommendation for job offers etc.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to give you any special opportunity. You’ll have to wait for the next time we open up applications. You’re welcome to still work with us as a volunteer though.

It’s a strictly remote opportunity. You can join from any part of the world.

Yes. Depending on the tasks or roles you’re given, we’ll provide you with the tools and resources needed to deliver on your job

Yes, each intern will be attached with a mentor. Your mentors are all past interns who have completed their program and are now in a good position to guide you through. Look at them as you would look at your senior colleagues.

Yes, there are. Each intern is expected to give daily reports on their tasks. Each intern is also evaluated every quarter based on performance and growth. After the evaluation, they’ll either be punished or rewarded. Each intern is expected to take their lessons, perform their tasks and show up for our meetings and coaching calls on time. There are also other expectations that’ll be passed across in the program

Of course! We can even give you a referral or write a letter of recommendation if it’s needed by your employer. We’re happy to help you on your job search.
